Herbs can be very nutritive, I considered them food for the body and soul! There are three herbal mixes available, if you would like for me to create a mix for a specific mal/unbalance, email me to contact@lalobaloca.com. The herbal tea mixes are loose leaf which means that you will have to strain the herbs before drinking. The mixes available are:

Moon Tea: This tea has been blended with bleeders in mind, although bleeders or non-bleeders can take advantage of this highly nutritive and calming mix. All the herbs used in the blend are organic- nettle, dandelion, chamomile, lavender and red raspberry leaf. This is a mix that you can drink as you prepare to bleed or during bleeding time, it is nutritive and since it is relaxant it might aid with cramps and moon discomforts.

Body & Spirit Nourishing: This tea blend is a tonic for the body and nervous system. Have a cup of nourishing tea daily, share words and space over a cup of tea with friends! This refreshing and nourishing tea is made with organic herbs-nettle, alfalfa, dandelion, oatstraw, peppermint and a pinch of linden

Warming & Calming Tea: This tea mix is blended for those of us that like to enjoy a cup of tea as we read a book, prepare to take a nap or decide to have a mindful chill time. All herbs are organic- lavender, chamomile, oatstraw, rose petals and a pinch of lemon balm

Each package has enough to make 20-30 cups of tea, you need 1 pinch or 1 teaspoon per cup.
✦ Preparation ✦
Use 1 full teaspoon or a full pinch per 6 oz./i cup water. Place loose leaf tea mix in cup. Bring water to full boil and pour water over the herbs. Cover the cup and let steep for 5 minutes or more. If your tea has chamomile, do not steep for longer than 10 minutes since chamomile can turn the tea bitter.
